A module plate or module board is a type of electronic component mounting base used to install modules or fixed electrical components onto a printed circuit board (PCB). Module plates allow for easy assembly and replacement of project-specific modules or electrical components and have female headers that accept male pins for connecting to a PCB. Schneider Electric’s 12 module switchboards and module plates are designed to simplify the mounting of electrical equipment in a wide range of applications. They are ideal for mounting within cabinets, on DIN-rail rails, through floor flanges, or on ODPs or wire management panels. Switch Plates can be used to mount a variety of Schneider Electric products like 8 module plates, 6 module switchboards, 3 module plates, 10 module switchboards including protection, control, monitoring, communication, and power distribution modules. Schneider Electric Modules are the industrial standard for mains connections with their high quality and reliability, as well as their complete selection of interfaces.
